Wade Bennett
General Manager
Wade has lived his entire life in Northwestern BC. As such, he’s very familiar with the many challenges rural communities and entrepreneurs face. These roots have given him firsthand insight into the resilience and resourcefulness of rural communities.
As a former Director of the Terrace & District Chamber of Commerce, Terrace Economic Development Authority and the founding Chair of Coast Mountain College Foundation; Wade enjoys developing lasting partnerships with community, business, educational and government organizations.
Wade has been the General Manager of Community Futures of 16/37 for 14 years and a commercial lender for 24 years.
Sally Ryan
Financial Administrator
Sally has been with Community Futures 16/37 since August 1999. She worked for Dairyland Foods for 20 years. Through her many years of work experience, Sally has gained considerable knowledge in the computer and information technology fields.
Kim Therrien
Administrative Assistant
Kim has been with Community Futures since November 2020. Kim, through work experience, has gained considerable knowledge in the secretarial/administrative office management arena.
