Wade has been in the financial service industry for over 10 years. As an employee with Community Futures 16/37, Wade is committed to the development of small business throughout the northwest.
As a former Director of the Terrace & District Chamber of Commerce and Terrace Economic Development Authority, he enjoys developing partnerships with community, business, education and government organizations to support asset development and capacity building of individuals, groups and businesses for the long term strength and resilience of our region.
Business Development Officer
Aleksa joined Community Futures in November 2018, bringing 10 years of Business Development experience in the private sector and 7 years of experience as a volunteer Director with several not-for-profit associations. In 2017, Aleksa launched a local start-up and continues to manage Operations from the sidelines with her business partner. She has a passion for helping clients develop their ideas into viable businesses that will contribute to the growth of sustainable and vibrant communities.
Sally has been with Community Futures 16/37 since August 1999. She worked for Dairyland Foods for 20 years. Through her many years of work experience, Sally has gained considerable knowledge in the computer and information technology fields.
Larry recently moved to Terrace and has worked in accounting for over a decade. He’s happy to be working with the team at 1637 and assisting Sally. Formerly, Larry owned his own bookkeeping business, (and continues to dabble in self-employment) and worked in the architecture and engineering fields as a project accountant.
Debbie has been with Community Futures since July 2002. Debbie, through work experience, has gained considerable knowledge in the secretarial/administrative office management arena.
